New York Strip Steak

Celebrate the summer (or any season for that matter) with this easy and delicious steak recipe - whether you're in the kitchen or on the grill.


2 (1.5-inch thick) New York strip steaks

Leo's Amazing! Everything Steaks, Chops and Burgers

Peanut oil


1. Coat steaks with peanut oil, or another oil with a high smoke point. (Oils with low smoke points, such as olive oil, will break down at high heat.)

2. Shake Leo's Amazing! for Steaks, Chops & Burgers onto both sides of steaks. Be generous.

3. Grill or broil steaks at high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

4. Let stand 3-5 minutes before serving. It's that easy!

**You can use this method for most steak cuts, particularly rib eyes as well as for lamb chops. Cooking times will vary depending on thickness.**
